1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PolyCopyTrade platform ("Service"), operated by WLF Digital Solutions LTD ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PolyCopyTrade is a copy trading platform that allows users to automatically mirror trades made by other traders on Polymarket. The Service provides trader rankings, trade execution, analytics, and related tools. We do not operate a prediction market ourselves and are not affiliated with Polymarket.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

4. Account & Wallet

The Service is non-custodial. You connect your own wallet and retain full control of your funds at all times. We never hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or funds. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Prediction markets involve significant risk. Past performance of any trader does not guarantee future results. The Smart Score and other metrics are informational tools, not financial advice. You may lose some or all of the capital you allocate. You acknowledge and accept all trading risks.

7. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The information provided is for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Use bots or automated tools to scrape data from the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WLF Digital Solutions LTD and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for missed trades or losses resulting from downtime.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with the Service are the property of WLF Digital Solutions LTD. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
